Synopsis : The character development was done nicely, the animation may have been better with more time spent on it, the plot line is psychologically very sound, the arts and music are true to the theme. Don't make decisions based solely on the opinions of others or the covers of books. After viewing the entire anime, I can conclude that Tokyo 24-ku was well worth my time. I would rate anime a 9/10 if it had better, more realistic quality. But everything has a value of its own!
